Coordinated development activities with architects, construction managers, financial analysts, attorneys, and government planners.
Spearheaded time sensitive construction projects for police and housing agencies. Team Chief for a cross-functional Marketing Property Management Team that leased up 50 elderly affordable housing rental units within 6 weeks.
